POV: You went for brunch… and somehow ended up ordering half the menu 🥑🍓 We were kindly invited down to @brucoffee_uk for a little brunch date and honestly, with a menu like this, how are you supposed to choose?! A little bit of savoury, a LOT of sweet and obviously a matcha had to make an appearance! 🍵 Here’s what we tucked into👇🏾 🍳 Nashville Hot Chicken Eggs Benedict - Nashville hot chicken, perfectly poached eggs and their house-made burnt butter hollandaise. Not your average Eggs Benny! 😮‍💨 🥑 Smashed Avocado with Salmon - a brunch classic that never disappoints! 🍓 Strawberry Nutella French Toast – fresh strawberries, Nutella sauce AND handmade vanilla gelato?! This was giving DESSERT for breakfast and I’m absolutely here for it 🤤 🍫 Belgian Chocolate San Sebastián Cheesecake – rich, chocolatey and because there’s ALWAYS room for something sweet! And to wash it all down… 🥤 Smooth Detox Smoothie – a refreshing blend of fruits, greens and ginger! 🍵 NEW Strawberry Matcha – a brand-new addition and you KNOW your matcha gal wasn’t leaving without giving it a try!
