@shudder was there to scare the living s@it out of you at NYCC!

On saturday I got to be part of the panel where we were welcomed by some big names in the horror game such as Ernest Dickerson, David Dastmalchian, Ry Barrett and Deborah Ann Woll.

They talked a lot about their history with horror and told lots of fun stories. At the same time Shudder had a booth with rotating photo-ops, and I got to do one with the Henson puppets from V/H/S MIXTAPE, which I haven’t got to see yet! But I can’t wait.

Now this one might be THE all time personal for me. This Sunday I got to meet the man, the myth, the legend himself @tomwelling at NYCC.

Smallville is one of the biggest things in my life, it even played a huge roll on me even being an artist. I had always been into superheroes, but Smallville is what got me into comicbooks when I was like 9.

So knowing that I was going to be able to meet Tom was huge for me and I wanted to give him something special and I made this comicbook cover focused on the whole journey Clark goes through during the 10 seasons of the show.

Tom was super nice, and it’s something I’ll cherish forever.

“I have no idea where this will lead us, but I have a definite feeling it will be a place both wonderful and strange.” ☕️🥧

This Saturday I had the chance to attend the presentation of Kyle MacLachlan’s new book, Fictional Selves. The talk was a tribute to his life, but what was particularly great was hearing him speak from a very personal perspective about how he approached projects like Blue Velvet and Dune.

Last but not least, the anecdotes about David Lynch—and just how much they mean to each other—were truly heartwarming.

Coop ♥️

Blumfest 2026! 🧟🎃

Today, I had the chance to attend the Blumhouse panel at New York Comic-Con, where they showcased all the upcoming releases from the powerhouse of horror.

It was especially memorable because I got to see Mike Flanagan—my favorite horror director—present The Exorcist: Martyrs. It’s the next installment in the Exorcist saga, which is my favorite horror franchise.

They also gave us a new look at River, hitting theaters in January (it looks GREAT) and announced a slate of upcoming projects, including new entries in the Saw, Paranormal Activity, and Blair Witch franchises. But the highlight of the event was seeing Curry Barker and Cooper Tomlinson present Nothing But Ghosts, their next film following the success of Obssession.

It’s been a great year for Blumhouse, but I think an even better one lies ahead.

SHADOWS IN THE DARK 7 IS LIVE! 🎃

The folks at @herocomplexgallery are bringing back this super cool show for the best time of the year, the spooky season.

This time around I decided to make a piece for one of my favorite films ever, The Thing. Funnily enough I never made a poster for this film!

This was a super fun project and something that I really love about working with HCG is that they always push me to not only make a cool looking piece of art, but to also work on the storytelling of the piece.

I’m leaving the link in my stories for this piece!
