passou exatamente 1 mês desde o último eat the soup caldo verde e amarelo.

agora que já absorvemos o quão exaustivo foi organizar este evento, é bom rever estes momentos felizes!

adorávamos saber a vossa opinião, a vossa experiência, como se sentiram neste evento 🥣

obrigado a todas as pessoas que compraram bilhete e que nos vieram prestigiar neste dia e a todos os presentes que nos vieram apoiar e se divertir (especialmente aos meus pais que vieram de propósito do porto SÓ para virem à festa e estarem na frontline) e a todos os nossos amigos que nos ajudaram a fazer isto possível, em especial ao nosso querido amigo e incrível chef algarvio @peknation que veio de propósito de são brás de alportel SÓ para cozinhar esta maravilhosa sopa (que foi começada a fazer quando abriram as portas do evento) e que proporcionou um momento muito especial e de partilha muito grande que, apesar das proporções de pessoas serem maiores, se fez sentir como no nosso primeiro evento. E isso é especial. Obrigado Pek!

NÃO! A sopa não ficou esquecida…e não só vai ser servida no dancefloor, como a vamos cozinhar lá também!

Nesta edição do @eat.the.soup Caldo Verde e Amarelo vamos introduzir um novo conceito: a Kitchen Experience, onde vamos ter o Chef @peknation a cozinhar ao vivo a nossa sopa! 🥣

Por isso, NÃO, não foi o Canelas que ficou de tratar da sopa!

Há algo de muito parecido entre cozinhar uma sopa e construir uma boa festa.
Escolher os ingredientes certos, dar-lhes tempo, perceber o ritmo, ajustar o calor e saber quando está pronta a servir.

No dia 1 de maio, servimos o nosso Caldo Verde e Amarelo.
Uma receita feita à nossa maneira: com intenção, detalhe e as pessoas certas.

There’s something very similar about cooking a soup and building a great party.
Choosing the right ingredients, giving them time, feeling the rhythm, adjusting the heat and knowing when it’s ready to be served.

FLYING FORK

Two weeks ago, we took over the container stage at Bloom Fest 2025 - the first ever Portuguese festival in a airport runway 🛫

Thanks to everyone who joined us and danced for 12h - you helped creating a unique and vibrant vibe 😎

This stage formed by containers was a masterpiece. But we wouldn’t expect anything less from the amazing @bloomfest.pt team. Thank you for trusting us to take over that Friday. It was an experience that we will never forget 🌸

TOMORROW we bring the Soup to @bloomfest.pt 🥣

History’s being made: for the first time ever, a festival is landing on an airport runway in Portugal…and guess who’s taking over the Container Stage for a full day of curated chaos?
This is our first-ever full festival takeover, and we’re doing it the only way we know how: intimate, wild and very very fun!
