Four days of Street Party!
Rain, sun, packed pavements and benches, fresh pours, late nights, 30 breweries, DJs, When Saints Go Machine, food, dancing and a gathering that kept changing character from one day to the next.
A few days where craft culture spilled into music, food, community and everything happening around it.
Thank you to every brewery, artist, partner, volunteer, and most of all to everyone who showed up and made the our party feel special.

See you next time 🍻 by @bruscph

During 3daysofdesign, Muuto marked 20 years of design 💫

We were happy to be part of the celebration, especially because Muuto is already part of BRUS.
Their furniture and lighting have been in our brewpub on Nørrebro for years. Chairs, tables, lamps and details that we and our guests encounter every day.

Happy 20 years to Muuto, and thank you to everyone who came by 🫶🏼 by @bruscph

It’s not everyday movies get made about one of our heroes. Come join us this Thursday 5/11 for the premiere of “Tony” - a movie about Anthony Bourdain’s life. We are serving up a Negroni to start, an animal style smash burger, and a cold beer to go with the food. A perfect way to set the mood before watching the movie in @empirebio 🍿 by @bruscph

Here is a look at the graphic identity for the 2026 edition of the To Øl x BRUS Street Party. Black-and-white op art-inspired elements, arranged in a symmetrical composition, funnel the eye towards a red square at the centre. The red square could be seen as a reference to the space-time singularity at the centre of a black hole, or the hypothetical future artificial intelligence singularity as personified by the supercomputer HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick. A more down-to-earth interpretation could be that it is just a reference to the Street Party itself. Anyway, the graphics were applied to the inside and outside of BRUS, to t-shirts, signage, postcards and to posters pasted around Copenhagen. The graphics were also applied to a beer in a slightly more deconstructivist fashion. by @bruscph

SATURDAY IS THE BIG ONE! 🪩

And at 20.30, When Saints Go Machine take the stage.
Come early, stay late 🍻 by @bruscph

UPDATED PROGRAM ☔️🍻
The weather has changed Thursday’s plans a little, but the Street Party is very much still on.
No skating or street games tomorrow. Instead, Marathon Sport is stepping in with a 5K run from BRUS at 16.30. And we have plenty of our new Street Party beer Copenhagen Helles to go around!
Friday stays exactly as planned with The Wheel from 17–22 and Mike Sheridan at 22.30.
Saturday is the big one: 30 breweries from 13.00, followed by When Saints Go Machine live at 20.30.
And Sunday, we take it down a notch at Empire.
See you at Guldbergsgade! 🫶🏼 by @bruscph

Cannoli Connection 🇮🇹

A 12% Imperial Pastry Stout made with our friends at @birrificioitaliano and @3sonsbrewingco, inspired by the iconic Sicilian cannoli and aged in Tuscan Vin Santo barrels.

Not hitting the shelves, but you can get a taste of it at To Øl x BRUS Street Party this Saturday.

Come try this little piece of Sicily with us!🍻 by @bruscph
