Meet our neighbors on Forest Ave., Thomas, Carole & their newest little local, Elliott. ❤️

Thomas, originally from Belgium, has owned Brussels Bistro in Laguna Beach for 23 years. Carole, from France, met Thomas at the Bistro through mutual friends in 2010 and 16 years later, they welcomed Elliott.

Laguna Beach has always felt a little like Europe to them - walkable, full of character, and surrounded by an incredible community that has supported Brussels throughout the years.

For Thomas, Brussels Bistro is about more than food. It’s about sharing Belgian culture, bringing people together through culinary experiences, and creating delicious memories around the table.

Outside of work, Thomas and Carole love to golf, and time with friends and now, Elliott.
