Sometimes you get to have fun with a design. My boy @djstroke is having a POLO Party at @bsidecoventry. Who doesn’t love a good theme! Kanye made the quote, so i found the most Polo x Ye picture I could find. Use a similar editorial layout like a Ralph Lauren ad. Then add some 3D motion to it. 👨🏾‍🍳😚 by @brutoncreative

I spent hours designing this comedy tour. Multiple concepts. Motion graphics. Different directions. And it still didn’t hit. Not because the design was bad— but because the direction wasn’t clear. This is where a lot of people mess up: You start designing before you define the message. So you end up with: • visuals that look good but don’t connect • promos that confuse people • and campaigns that don’t convert I went through 3 completely different concepts before landing on what actually worked. And honestly… it took way longer than it should have. I broke down the full process: what I tried, what failed, and what I’d do differently now. If you’re a comedian, producer, or building your own brand—this will save you time. Read the full case study: brutoncreative.com (Link in bio) by @brutoncreative

Got to see this season’s NBA champions, Boston Celtics play during their run… and it was the first NBA playoff game I’ve been too. They beat the Cavs in a Gentlemen’s sweep. I took these pictures during a timeout and i told @drleahelyse “this would be a dope picture if they win”. welp. PS. I’m not a @celtics fan by any means… but their social media/content team is top tier! Their video of highlights after they washed the warriors this season was amazing and innovative! Only reason i follow that team’s IG. Hahahaha #FuckBoston #CongratsOnTheMostChips by @brutoncreative

Does anyone else stage your background for video calls? I never truly appreciated this wall in my living room until quarantine. That’s when i first started to utilize it, during the Zoom Boom of 2020. Hahahaha. I didn’t get to stage it properly with the awards and pictures, but this was cool for a day with four on-camera meetings. by @brutoncreative
