Got our Certificate of Occupancy!
I am so proud and so thankful for my husband. He has worked so hard on this house. He’s spent the majority of his late nights after work and weekends here. Building a home as an owner-builder while working your day job and being a husband and dad is a lot, but this guy took it even further and did MUCH of the work with his own two hands. The hardest worker I know. Thank you to our friends and family that have helped along the way, especially @nalathedoberness . Anyway, now I am so excited to have my husband back and enjoy our new home together. We are so excited to enjoy the space and welcome our friends and family here.
All glory to God! by @bryan_gatti

Fun time up north glassing goats this weekend for my father in law. Got a few solid opportunities, saw goats in scopes, but never had it all come together while I could be there. Can’t wait for the rest of fall.

Big delayed updates. Special thanks to @budpro for helping with grouting all that floor. 1600 sqft of grout in two days is no simple task. @qualitycoatingsaz the doors turned out fantastic. Can’t wait to see the rest of the details in the house. Check out my story for more photos! by @bryan_gatti

Update For January! Some things that I forgot to mention was that we had the Stem wall patched on the exterior so that the painters could get a good spray down to the dirt. Because of the change in the door we had to have stucco and drywall repair, and we were also able to get the drywall fixed around the office and the doors that needed security sensors installed. February is already off to a crazy start with Roofers already setting tile. Electrical and HVAC have called wanting to get stuff going and Septic will begin their dig in a few weeks! House is starting to look like a home! Can't wait to see the progress that happens over the next month! by @bryan_gatti

This weeks update is kind of a big one and to be honest, im a bit behind on posting it. One thing I forgot to add was that the Exterior doors were finished up. But we have a lot more doors to hang so we can feature those next update. House walk should be coming soon! by @bryan_gatti

Week 13 is a wrap and the train keeps rolling! Passing strap and shear was a big relief because like I said last week, it's not that we did anything wrong, it's that the inspector couldn't verify it. I was really afraid to eat my words on that one but thankfully all was well. This week we tackled everything for plumbing. Finished up an entire system for Hvac and even got started on Electrical. Rough-In inspection will be here faster than we know it! by @bryan_gatti
