I haven't been posting about these lately, but this one continues to circulate and find its way into dark rooms around the world, this one (Lonely Wolf) in London. So appreciative of all the support and enthusiasm. by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

A rare opportunity for my two sausages —both starting quarterbacks, on opposing school teams — to play against each other. Brooklyn Tech VS. Stuy. Two Chadwicks. One dad. I'm going to loose my voice. by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

What if you woke up one day inspired to paint the sky?☁️ Not just that one day, but every day, for an entire year. This is the story presented by Bryan Hamilton Chadwick's “365 Skies” at Palazzo Bembo, part of the #PersonalStructures2026 exhibition.

Growing up in Canada under a big sky, he has likened the formation of ideas and impulses in the creative mind to the formation of clouds, storms, and sunbursts above him. He’s been painting skies to express the vastness and ever-changing expanse within the creative mind. “Neuro-landscapes”, or “MRIs of inspiration in progress”, are glimpses of an inner world in which blue-sky calm can be interrupted by sudden volatility, a deluge, a hurricane, and the proverbial lightning strike of inspiration.

Live from the framers. This is the point where you have to stop working, tweaking, messing, and almost fudging it. This is one of eleven now showing at the European Cultural Institute's Palazzo Bembo in Venice, together with the film, "365 Skies". by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

I have to say, London not only has the best curries, the best shortbread cookies, the best rubber boots, and the best quilted tea cozies, they also have the best film festivals. Thank you Lonely Wolf for championing independent artists out here in the wild. by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

I'm delighted to be included in "THE BRILLIANCE OF THE MUNDANE" in Berlin's DER GREIF Guest Room, curated by Annet Dekker & Margriet Schavemaker. I certainly have a habit (or a practice) of finding beauty in the mundane; in fact I probably fall just short of being able to come upon an apparition of The Lord, Wayne Gretzky, on a piece of toast. These works, which are part of my broader series, "Finds", feature faces peering from behind, or within, torn, overlayed posters that are commonly plastered one-on-top-of-the-other around my neighborhood in SoHo and create the quintessentially chic urban setting for even more fashion shoots, the images of which will inevitably go up and be torn apart all over again in a unending recursive cycle of 'beauty'. I call this process, "auto-collages", which is to say they aren't created by me but simply observed, captured, and turned into compelling images of this fairly unique and torn moment in time. Later, I will print and attack these same images with paint and further destruction of my own, making them even more colorful and abstract... so stay tuned for those. Thank you Der Greif! I HAVE A NEW FOLLOWER! @artfutureclub who, I believe, must be based in Hong Kong. So I thought I'd share this: "The Hong Kong Geode". Victoria Island and Kowloon (the most densely-populated urban area in the world) all squished inside a made-made 'Geode'. As I've said before, geodes are like us: ordinary outside, extraordinary inside. by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

Apparently, the algorithm now needs you to write out in the comment what your post is about (as in, "ART, EXHIBITION, VENICE, TIRAMISU-GOBBLER") so it knows who to share your post with and be discoverable. Oh. I'll just add this then: "Meh—FUCK IT." by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick

It would have been a good idea to 'post' or make a noise about this before or while it was taking place back in June during Art Basel Week, but I had too many paintings to make. Besides, I've come to learn that if you try to be an artist and a 'content poster' at the same time, you can easily end up becoming an cute-AI-dog-video-watcher. by @bryan_hamilton_chadwick
