Words can't begin to condense my PWRHouse experience. I started off as a complete beginner in spin, with inner doubts that I would even graduate my training program. But one thing PWRHouse had taught me is the power of tenacity and determination.

Even when I feel like giving up, I've got my mentors and PWR fam to push me through and what a blessing it is for me to be surrounded by them. For I would not know the true meaning of the PWR essence had I gave up.

It's more than just spin to me. It's about the bonds we built, the memories we created, the times we shared, the lessons we learned. All of the qualities that we can continue to bring with us till our grave. PWRHouse has shaped me into the person I am today. Someone who, despite what everyone else says, does it anyway. Someone who pushes through the tough times to get to what they want. Someone who has proven to themselves that they absolutely have what it takes to achieve anything they put their mind into.

The PWR spirit will forever live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who has stepped foot into this studio. We might not physically be here anymore but I know that one day, when you get to the top of that mountain, you'll look around and think, damn I did THAT. Now that's power.
