Today is the day that reminds me I'm one year older every year. 🥹 I'm incredibly grateful because God has continued to bless me and guide me into another year of life.
Looking back at everything that's happened, there are so many memories that make me wish I could go back to those moments. Sometimes I wonder... why did I want to grow up so badly when I was little? 😭 I used to wish I could just wake up one day and suddenly be an adult. But lol... now that I'm 21, I honestly regret wishing for that. 🤡☝️ Life is funny like that, hahaha.
Looking through all these memories made me realize how much love and kindness I've received from the people around me throughout my life. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone my friends from kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, and now university. Not just my friends, but also my family, my teachers, everyone I've met, and everyone who has been part of my life. Thank you for being here and for being part of my journey. 🫶
I'm 21 now... but honestly, I still don't feel like a 21-year-old lol😭😭👊👊
Every photo, video, and audio clip in the video above holds so many precious memories. I've kept all of them until now (even though finding them was a struggle hahaha). And most importantly, I want to say thank you to my mom. Thank you for giving birth to me, for always fighting for me, and for loving me unconditionally from the very beginning until now. Thank you for raising me with so much patience, care, and love🫂🤸‍♀️
I'm also so grateful that my mom documented our childhood mine and my brother from the time we were born until now. Without all those photos and videos, I think we would slowly forget so many beautiful memories.
While editing this video, I truly felt how fast time flies. It honestly felt like time was running a marathon. And to be honest, I regret that there were moments when I didn't fully enjoy the stage of life I was in. Back then, I just wanted time to pass as quickly as possible. But now, looking back, I realize that every single moment whether messy or beautiful added its own color to my life. I guess that's just what life is!!🏃🧎‍♂️🤸‍♀️ by @bryanchuang77
