Another year.

I’ve learned that life is not always about getting what you prayed for, but becoming who you were meant to be while waiting.

Some things happened. Some didn’t. Some questions remain unanswered.

And yet, I’m still here. Still becoming. Still grateful.

Today, I choose to thank God not just for another year, but for the grace to keep going.

We all wake up every single day, our imperfect self, doing the best we can with the time we’re given. And God, no matter what anyone says, loves me right where I am.

You may have figured things out faster than me, quicker than me, or even before me. That’s fine. But let me be clear: I’m doing the best I can with every 24 hours I get.

I don’t want what you have. I don’t want your wealth, your career, or anything that belongs to you. I only want what God has in mind for me.

If you’re successful, if you’ve accomplished things, if you’ve reached places I haven’t yet, that’s good. You’re simply showing me what’s possible. But understand this: I don’t want it because you have it.

Thank you for planting the seed, for showing me what’s achievable. In due time, I’ll reach what was meant for me, my own match, my own portion, my own path. Some of the most confusing chapters makes the clearest lessons later🌸 by @bryandvyn
