When you’re feeling nerves, sometimes the fastest way to stabilize your voice…
is to ground your body first. 🧠➡️🦵

And which side you do it on matters.

Bryan Mittelstadt was looking to make the dual task of singing + playing guitar easier.

We tested his body and found his right hip flexor wasn’t holding up under stress.

Put him in a right lunge → voice opens ✅

Add guitar back as a grounding prop → even better ✅

so excited to be sharing music. i’ve been finding live performance with guitar and my own songs awakens a deep stage fright i haven’t felt in many years. and as i get older, it’s so much easier to run toward comfort and security. but that’s all the more reason to keep pushing through this frontier 🙌 thanks for joining that journey
