Baristas de Dublin - Vocês pediram treinamentos sensoriais avançados em café? A partir deste mês teremos o lançamento da nossa tão esperada imersão técnica sensorial no mundo do café para quem deseja subir de nível, aqui em Dublin na Irlanda.

Passaremos por inúmeras dinâmicas para treinar a percepção e o descritivo de aromas com base em nosso repertório sensorial, com o magnífico recém lançado kit sensorial de 60 aromas do @lenezducafe_official - além de revisarmos individualmente os gostos básicos encontrados no café, ácidos, e como as cores e texturas influenciam na nossa percepção.
