my brother my best friend. my true other half words can’t even explain the pain i’m feeling or how heart broken i am. you are so loved and will forever be loved. Most men are like this I believe and what I’ve been seeing lately through my journey. But the man who truly understands he made a mistake speaks volume. His own conviction is going to do more to him than you ever could.
Realizing, “I put my foundation at risk. I hurt the people that I love who poured into me.” That shit will fuck you up more than someone being mad at you ever could. Learning, for me meant giving up my old shit. My old ideas had to die for me to be open to something new. Because when do we actually learn how to be men? At 18? When we move out?
Get a job? Pay bills? Gain status? Thats what’s I thought personally but nah! Becoming a man is taking responsibility for yourself and other people, the people you love. A huge part of that is accountability!!
Sometimes the old you has to die so a better man can be born. Rebirth through pain, no more playing victim and no more excuses. Own the gap, then close that shit! by @bryanwilliams24
