After 11 years of being in the FCCT cheerleading program my time has finally come to an end…

To my coaches Courtney and Alexis, thank you for pushing me to be the best i can be. Not only did you teach me about cheerleading but you also taught me life lessons like accountability, leadership, discipline, responsibility, respect, and patience. To coach Tarah and Jodi, thank you for believing in me even when i didn’t. Thank you for all the sacrifices you have made for this sport and thank you for being so incredibly dedicated to the sport and the athletes. These four coaches have helped me in more ways than one and i’m so grateful to have been coached by all of you during my 11 years of cheerleading.

To the girls: there are no words to describe how much i appreciate all of you. You girls have all become more than just my friends, you have become my family. Leaving you girls is going to be the hardest thing i ever have to do. Saying goodbye to this sport is hard enough but saying goodbye to my teammates is going to be the hardest part of this. I will FOREVER be grateful to have had this group of girls in my life. Our bond will always remain strong.

To my family: Thank you for supporting me through the good and the bad times. You guys have pushed me through some of the hardest times of my life. When cheer was hard, you were there. When i got injured, you were there. When i felt alone, you were there. My support system has been incredible and i am grateful for all of you.

To @fcctvarsitycheer this season is definitely one to remember. From the first practice to the last practice we always worked so hard to accomplish our goals and it paid off. For the first time ever, we had made it to finals in the small varsity D1 division. That would not have happened if we hadn’t worked together and trusted each other. I will forever be thankful for this year and this season. It was the BEST way to end it.

So after 11 years i will finally be signing out and hanging up my uniform for good. Thank you @farmcompcheer for the BEST 11 years of my life and i will always be here supporting this program in anything and everything you do.
