I have been playing football for as long as I can remember, from the days where the pads never fit to wearing a speed flex was a privilege. This season wasn't what I wanted for my senior year. I went from playing after week two to hearing I will never play football my senior year to being able to play on week eight. With the last four games I got to play in my senior year meant the most to me. Growing up and creating the brotherhood with the boys will be something that I will remember forever. The boys that you play football with you will never forget. Football is bigger than a sport. You learn lessons that you wouldn't have learned otherwise. I have friendships that I will have forever because of this sport. There is no sport like football. You can always pick a basketball and shoot some hoops. You can go to a track and race some friends. You can always get some guys or ladies together and play baseball or softball. You can never get enough people, equipment, coaches, refs, and have a brotherhood like football has. That's why football was and is so important to me. Thank you to everyone that believed in me to become the football player I am today. Being named an All-State WR/CB is something I will always remember for the rest of my life. Thank you to all the underclass men that have helped make us better and the seniors before me that made football a sport worth playing. Glad I joined this sport junior year. All you have to do is run fast. There's no feeling like waiting for the baton to get to you. We set new school records and made it to the blue track. Wouldn't want to run with anyone else. 🏃Track Season 2023 ✅ taken in O'Brien Stadium by @bryce_aude
