After returning home from my eighth deployment, I came home to a country I didn’t recognize. I watched the BLM riots, the 2020 election, the Afghanistan withdrawal, and vaccine tyranny play out, including against my brothers in the SEAL Teams. I followed orders and got the vaccine. But when I found out my kids’ elementary school in San Diego Unified had created an LGBTQ+ club for elementary school students during lunch, I could no longer stay silent. Here is my activation story in under three minutes. #christian #father #marinecorps #navyseal #parentalrights by @brycehenson.us

Watch as I cover proper sight picture, and the importance of training your brain to conduct a follow up sight picture after every shot. I also demonstrate my personal baseline scanning procedures. Scans are personal and situational dependent — there are many different methods! When you pick one that is effective and makes sense, and master it, you will set a solid foundation for the rest of your training and procedures. Do you think scans are theatrics? If not, what are your scanning procedures? Leave a comment! 🇺🇸 #Shooting #ShootingTips #PistolTraining #USMarine #NavySEAL by @brycehenson.us

Gave public comment at California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) in support of protecting women’s sports and their private spaces. Grateful for the press conference put on by @michael.e.gates @sonjashaw2026 @sophiaslorey. This was my first advocacy event on the ground in years, and I was very impressed with the team they assembled. San Diego was represented by myself, @recovereddem and @political911sd. Let’s vote these people out in November! #savewomenssports #vote #republican #veteran by @brycehenson.us

Excellent time speaking to the Republican Women of Navajo Canyon @rwcnavajocanyon a few weeks ago. 🐘 You could be surprised to learn that the Republican women of those groups are huge patriots and tenacious fighters! 🇺🇸 I touched on 9/11, patriotism, fatherhood, and the importance of getting out the vote this month so we can crush November! 🗳️ Photos by @robertxreyes Thank you! #republican #republicanwomen #vote #election2026 by @brycehenson.us

As political operatives, one operating framework you should think about using is what I call the Caludo Cycle: Expose. Activate. Educate. Drive. Then, I touch on what makes a C-minus, passing-grade voter. Let’s do more than the bare minimum, folks! Video by @robertxreyes thank you! #2026election #vote #republican by @brycehenson.us

First day retired. Walking and reminiscing on the beach where I went through BUD/S, only to find it wrecked with sewage, trash, and dead birds. An absolute shame. Thank you @desmondforcongress for pushing Mexico and our federal government to fix this travesty. More than twenty years in uniform. New chapter starts now. #USMarines #NavySEALs #TijuanaRiver #Vote taken in Coronado, California by @brycehenson.us

Remembering those we lost on 9/11 today, the heroes who saved lives, and the veterans who answered the call to serve in the GWOT. I also have great news: I am officially announcing my retirement. Praise God! Thank you to my family, friends, teammates, and patriots. ✝️🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🇺🇸 | 🦅🌎⚓️ | 🔱 #september11 #usmarine #navyseal #veteran by @brycehenson.us

@brycehenson.us recently stopped by VET INK at @thecaliforniadream tattoo to finish up and dial in a piece of his personal history—an old tattoo he received back when he was a brand-new SEAL. The centerpiece? The iconic Gadsden flag. Designed in 1775 by General Christopher Gadsden during the Revolutionary War, this design was originally flown by the Continental Marines as a powerful symbol of American freedom and resistance to British rule. Old ink, new precision, timeless history. taken in Los Angeles, California by @brycehenson.us

Greatful for @veteranink and @thecaliforniadream helping me finish and revitalize my Don’t Tread on Me back piece, just in time to mark the end of my military career and recommit to upholding American exceptionalism and patriotism. Happy to report my joints have been healing and I’ve been rebuilding, getting stronger, and now I can flash my pump. Always moving forward, never quit! 🇺🇸🔱 #donttreadonme #veteran #jointrehab by @brycehenson.us
