We’re Jeff & Bryre, the founders of EnJOY — a transformational coaching and wilderness retreat experience born through deep personal testimony, reclaiming joy and faith, to help others walk in true wholeness.

Jeff, a professional actor and coach, journeyed through chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and life-altering experiences overseas that ultimately forged an unshakable faith, deep resilience, and a profound understanding of his true identity as a child of God.

Bryre openly shares how she was stripped of her old identity and shown her new identity, which then transformed her by love from the inside out and helped her discover her true worth and joy.

Together, we combine over 15 years of transformational coaching and leadership experience, alongside 6+ years of Bryre facilitating immersive, transformative events, retreats, and experiences across the world.

Part 7.

Years ago, Jeff clearly heard God ask him, “Are you ready to do it My way?”

In that moment, he made a commitment to God: the next woman he would make love to would be his wife.

A year before Jeff and I reconnected, I made the very same commitment.

After experiencing heartbreak twice that year in Australia, I knew it was time to stop doing things my way and start trusting God’s way.

As the saying goes, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting something different.

So, independently of each other, we both made the decision to put God first. We committed that the next person we would be intimate with would be the husband or wife God had appointed for us.

Looking back now, I’m so grateful for God’s grace and for the gift of self-control.

My power is made perfect in weakness. - Corinthians 2 12:9–10 🕊️

God showed us that His Word isn’t about restricting us—it’s about protecting us. His commands aren’t there to take away our joy, but to guard our hearts until we’re ready for the covenant He has planned for us.

This world can make it so hard to be single. ❤️‍🔥

When we go from striving to abiding in HIM letting him lead then we can truly be led by our man of God.

But God doesn’t want you to just survive solo. He wants you to THRIVE in a loving union, where you’re both equally loved, supporting one another and building together on the BIG mission God has for you as a couple. 🫶🏻

Reminder today ♥︎ — You are so lovable 🫶🏻

I remember when a beautiful friend of mine, @pathofpeace.live, said these words to me when I was in India over two years ago, and I was searching for love in all the wrong places…

It was such a blessing to have a sister remind me of these 3 simple words. They opened my heart and helped me see, “I am so lovable.” 🥹

It was like all the stories in my head about not being good enough just melted away.

Being surrounded by sisters in Christ with such beautiful gifts is such a blessing. 🫶🏻💛
