Tonight we studied Matthew 25:14–30 and were challenged by the parable of the talents.

God has entrusted each of us with something. The question isn’t whether we have much or little—it’s what we’re doing with what He gave us.

Faithfulness requires action. Fear, laziness, and playing it safe can keep us from stewarding what God placed in our hands.

This moment (though it took place on day one) will probably remain my highlight for this year.

Around 100 young adults showed up to a Chick-Fil-A location in Arlington, TX on less than an hours notice before Passion 2026. After meeting one another (most came alone to the conference) and enjoying fellowship over a meal, an unplanned spontaneous worship session broke out.

Late post... but man... there's no shot I'm fitting everything into one post that I wanna share.

What a powerful weekend this was. So grateful for the opportunity to be in the room fellowshipping with 45,000 other young adults from across the globe. God is on the move.

Was able to visit Upperroom for their Sunday evening service on my first day in Dallas proper. Grateful to have been able to connect with my new found mate @mitch.hawke before he left for the golden coast and then back to Australia. taken in Dallas, Texas by @bryson.beek

Made it to another State Capitol this week. This one happened to (of course) be the largest of them all.

Made a quick stopover in Atlanta so I could visit the State Capitol and check another state off the list. No shade as I didn't have time to see much of the city, but what I did see was low key kinda sketch. Nonetheless, the Capitol building was pretty cool looking.

At the airport, I had the opporunity to try a southeastern fried chicken chain called Bojangles. It was alright, but nowhere close to Chick-Fil-A.

On my flight from Atlanta to the next destination I struck up a conversation with a guy who (along with his wife) breeds dogs. He was delivering a pup across the country. We had a pretty good conversation about that as well as about the gospel. All in all was an encouraging flight. taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @bryson.beek

Grateful for the opporunity to head back east for a few days a little over a week ago. Was glad to be able to reconnect with some of the folks back there as well as to see family before Christmas.

Had the privilege to once again attend the (now) annual caucus Christmas on the Hill event with the Liberal Party of Canada. It's amazing to see what God is doing in our nations capital in ways that I never would've imagined a couple of years ago.

Was wonderful to sing carols and worship right across the street from parliament at the John A. MacDonald Building. Excellent, Christ-centered night of reflection on the meaning for this joyous season.

May God continue to have dominion over this great nation from sea to sea. (Psalm 72:6)
