A day for the history books. Who’d have thought jumping on a mic each week to have a chat with your mate would turn into something pretty damn special, a community of people who strive to be their best, but like to have a laugh along the way. 🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone for coming, we appreciate you all and still have no clue why you waste hours of your life listening to us, and to @be_modified_gym for hosting the meet. 🫶🏼

THE GREAT BSB MEET UP!!!

At long last and after many many requests @tomstocktonn has finally freed up a day in his diary for the meet-up of the century!!!!

For real though, this community we’ve built over the last 2 years is pretty incredible and we want to see you all in the flesh! Saturday the 17th of January at the legendary @be_modified_gym be there for be square!
