From the long hours, extended season, and emotional highs and lows… to the extra push it took to get here—every single moment was worth it.

This journey with my dancers has been nothing short of special and truly unforgettable. So grateful for every practice, every challenge, and every memory we created together.

Only giving SMILES for our dance & cheer workshop yesterday🥹🥹

We had SO much fun getting to dance, laugh, and spend the day

A Truly Special Day for Our Cudettes family!

What an incredible honor to have our Varsity Cudettes recognized at the Miami-Dade County Public Schools School Board meeting and presented with a proclamation by our amazing school board member , Luisa Santos.

Yesterday we celebrated the incredible accomplishment of the Southwood Superstsrs and Varsity cudettes dance team winning Worlds and Cudettes becoming TWO-TIME GOLD MEDALISTS while representing The USA Team! 🇺🇸🥇🥇

To have our dancers recognized by our School Board and our new Superintendent was such a special and unforgettable moment. We couldn’t be more proud of these dancer and the hard work, dedication, discipline, and passion that brought them to the world stage.

What makes this accomplishment even more special is that these dancers are doing it while maintaining strong academics. They are proving every day that students can pursue academic excellence while training and competing at the highest level in dance.

We are incredibly grateful to Miami-Dade County Public Schools for giving our students the opportunity to do BOTH. They don’t have to choose between their education and their passion — they can chase their dreams, excel in the classroom, and represent their school, their district, and their country on the world stage. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you to Ms. Santos, for recognizing our Cudettes alongside the Southwood Superstars and celebrating what these incredible dancers have accomplished.

Happy 32nd Birthday to my baby girl!

I’ve loved watching you grow from those cute baby days, through your crazy dance era, championship team wins, and all the adventures I’ve been able to share with you. I’ve loved having you by my side all these years — traveling, wine tasting, creating memories, and doing our BA Showoff podcast together.

But more than anything, I’m so proud to watch you become the amazing, beautiful, strong woman you are today. Anyone who knows you understands when I say there’s few people as special as you! Getting to be your mom has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
