I hope I made my parents, sisters, and friends proud.

freshmen year after the orientation my parents asked me "mag iitaly ka?" not really thinking about it since matagal pa naman but yow?! time flies soooo fast.

I am sooo grateful for CSB and IFSE for this opportunity. Thank you for creating opportunities that I never thought would happen in my life. This is a once in a lifetime thing. A story worth telling.

Thank you to Chef Paolo and to all the kitchen staff of Paolo Griffa Al Caffè Nazionale for their warm welcome. Staging in this restaurant inspired me to do more.

To doing the things i've always talked about happen 🚀
