Really cool to add the host of Bottom of the barrel @bscomedian to the Kill Tony collection! Randomly walking past the Mothership, Brian was standing on the side and was gracious enough to sign a note card for me. A few days later, I got to see him do a short set before Rogan and he crushed! My 1st time hearing his material and I was very impressed! Brian has been on panel a total of 6 times, with his first being on 556, followed by 575, 588, 618, 722, and eventually 783. Long before that though, he was a bucket pull at the Comedy Store! Episode 140, he received praise from the panel, Joey Diaz, Jeff Garlin, & Steve Rannazzissi, over his hilarious minute about racist life guards. Quick interview but they learned he was born in DC, and started comedy in San Diego in 2011, before moving to LA at the start of 2016. The Marine Corps vet was invited to perform at the Ice House the next week. Check out his podcast @bswithbriansimpson if you’d like to see more! He has done several other podcasts including JRE if that’s more your style. He can regularly be found at the Mothership and hosts a show in the Little boy every Tuesday night, so catch a show from him if you have the chance! He has an hour special “Live at the Mothership” on YouTube, and several shorter clips posted as well. Lastly, he is on season 3 of “The Stand-Ups” on Netflix so check that out as well! Thank you Brian for taking the time and hope to see a full set from you in person soon! I wish you the best! by @bscomedian
