#LateNightFilm, #Hugo is the incredibly beautiful film crafted by #MartinScorsese, about a boy, #AsaButterfield, that wants to understand how his father’s work connects with a local salesman, #BenKingsley.
I still remember sitting in the theater with my Mother and being captivated by the film’s beautiful 3D cinematography, & Scorsese’s care but mostly his heart 🎥❤️🎥 by @bsimmzy

#LateNightFilm; the other day my brother (@simmzypauljon ❤️) asked me why I don’t have the Masterpiece #NoCountryForOldMen in my digital library . . . So I had to fix that. I still remember the first time I saw the #CoenBrothers film that immortalized one the greatest villains of all time, #JavierBardem. And #TommyLeeJones giving an absolute CLINIC performance. It’s the Coens’ at their finest filmmaking.

So tonight, on @foodnetwork, watching @bobbyflay’s new show #TheLine, I’m following best I can not knowing anything about how restaurant kitchens REALLY work. Especially how the scoring works and Bobby & his “line” competes against another great restaurant kitchen. This episode is vs @leahscohen & her restaurant @pigandkhao!
Being a fan of Bobby & a HUGE fan of Chef Cohen, I was delighted when she said this, as I said the same thing . . .

New Rom-Com streaming on @primevideo, #TheLoveHypothesis, is funny, charming, & has some heart; which is what you want in such a flick. When a mutual agreement to fake a relationship (à la #CantBuyMeLove) 2 academics, #LilliReinhart & #TomBateman, use the ruse for their own reasons, but then begin growing feelings for one another. The leads have chemistry & the supporting cast works, it’s a fun, feel good flick. by @bsimmzy

Newly streaming on @netflix is the 2023 WW2 drama #IrenasVow; based on a true story, a you Polish woman, #SophieNélisse in a powerful performance, see the atrocities committed by the SS, and see an opportunity to hide 12 Jewish workers, by hiding them in the basement of the Nazi Major, #DougrayScott, she works for as housekeeper. She walks a dangerous line to protect them, & her courage, incomparable. This is a powerful film that does hold back for horrors WW2 Europe. by @bsimmzy
