神経障害性疼痛 今回の入院でわかったこと。 というか、はっきりしたこと。 夜目が覚めるほどの痒みや痛みも神経が狂っているから。後遺症はまだ他にもあるけど、酷いのはこの２つ。ようやく寝れると思いきや針を背中に刺されるブスッて感覚が続き、アリが皮膚の上を歩く感覚が来たと思ったら、ケロイドのある色んな箇所が痒くなり、背中のちょうど手の届かない箇所や蚊に刺されたような表面的ではなく、皮膚の深いとこが痒くてコレがまたやっかい😫 そんなこんなで痒みと痛みと闘ってるといつしか朝方になり、朝日が登る頃にようやく気持ち良く寝れるってゆう生活がずっと続いていた。😑 これまで色んな病院やクリニック、先生や自分で調べてみたりして、薬の内容も増えたり減ったりしたけど、Pregabalin ってゆう神経障害性疼痛に効く薬が長い年月をかけて痒みを和らげていくとのこと。前から摂取していたものの状況が全く変わらないから、応急処置的なものなのかと思いだしていたけど、やはり効くものみたい。 この薬に関しては今まで痛み軽減としか解釈していなかったから、知れただけでも摂取する必要性をより感じられる。それが良かった。そして今回は「病院」て、わけではなく「痒み専門」を研究している病院だったから、知りたかった答えを一つ見つけ出すことが出来た。 また、今回の入院期間中に受けた1日8時間×4日間の点滴がジャブパンチの様に、後から効いてくるみたいでそれも合わせて痒みを軽減させるみたい。 今からの二週間で少しでも効果を感じたら２ラウンド目としてまた入院することも勧められた。 長い長い疼痛生活ですが、 束の間、来週木曜日は元々の病院で手術もあります🥲ってまだ続くんかい！って感じなんですが、それが僕の人生みたいです🍀 いつも心配、応援、暖かいお言葉ありがとうございます✨これまでの人生でやっと出来た悩みかもしれないんで、この際とことん向き合っていこうと思います☀️ ‐-----‐------------------------------------- 🍀この身体と「どう生きるか」 という人生の哲学を 自分なりに持ちながら、 いろんなことに挑戦していきたい。 チャレンジした分だけ失敗することが 沢山あってもあっけらかんとする。 そしてこの自分の人生に対峙し、 奮闘 する姿が､ 同じようにこれから何かを 始めたり、 新しいことにチャレンジし ようとしている人たち、 更に闘病 中の人や、悩みをかかえている人達の 励みや新しい発見になれたらなと思います。 - - - #Burnsurviver#バーンサバイバー #Reha #リハビリ #リハビリ生活 #verbrennungen#火傷 #unfall#事故 #intensivstation#集中治療室#ICU #Physiotherapie#理学療法 #Ergotherapie#作業療法 #Psychologie#臨床心理学 #Nachwirkung#後遺症 #narbenbehandlung #瘢痕治療 #schrittfürschritt #STEPBYSTEP #一歩一歩 #Mindfulness #マインドフルネス #Meditation #瞑想 - by @bskohei

事故から４年が経つ。 新たに色んなことを経験した４年。 障害を負ってからの生活は一歩進んで２歩下がり、時に大きな一歩が踏めたりと紆余曲折する歩幅。 ドイツにて去年から、重度火傷障害者友の会会員にして、先日年に1回の総会に参加。20,30年も前に火傷を負った先輩達とも話す事が出来た。 心の整理やリハビリへの取組方など為になる話や情報が沢山貰えて良かった。 重度火傷は後遺症との闘いが大変。 自分はこれまで４年が経過したのだけども、１番の悩みである痒みは10年20年とかけて治癒していくとのこと。 身体は凄い 生命力って凄い 痒みや痛み、トラウマなど１日中忙しいけど、冷静になれた時にやっぱり思うのは、人間の強さに驚かされる😊 #lifeisnow #verbrenungen #今を生きる #火傷 taken in BG Universitätsklinikum Bergmannsheil by @bskohei

ドイツからスイスへ引っ越しして、 誰も友達いなくなって、 人の目ももうえーっかってなって、 裸になってみたら、気持ちが軽くなった。 人生のふとした瞬間が、 一つのきっかけに繋がる。 あなたにもその瞬間が訪れますように。 そして、 @harvest_moon.ltd のケニアプロジェクトに参加してそれを体現できた時、目の前に広がる広大なザイザル畑と周りに生えているバオバブが、今を生きろと言ってくれた気がする。 Moved from Germany to Switzerland, lost my whole circle, and realized I didn't care about what anyone thought anymore. Walking around naked in nature... I felt so light and free. Sometimes, a random moment in life becomes the biggest turning point. I hope you get to experience that moment, too. Restart @harvest_moon.ltd ようやくケニア行きのチケットを手にしました！ 本来ならば今年の春に渡航計画していましたが、中東戦争による影響でキャンセルをせざる得なかった。その後も、記録的豪雨やエボラ出血熱が流行したりと、なかなかプロジェクトが前に進みませんでしたが、その間もチームでは密に連絡をとり、より良いプロジェクトを作るためにこれまで企画案を深堀りしてきました。日本から、スイスから、それぞれ渡航して9月に皆が合流する流れです😊 次回の動画では企画紹介したいなと思います！Stay tuned...🌙 Restart @harvest_moon.ltd ✈️🇰🇪 Finally got our tickets to Kenya! We were originally planning to go this spring, but had to postpone due to various challenges, including regional tensions, severe weather, and health risks on the ground. During that time, however, our team stayed in close touch and used the extra time to refine and deepen our project plan. @harvest_moon.ltd 始動のケニアプロジェクトまであと3週間🇰🇪 今回は新たなスイスからの参加メンバーの紹介です。 Photographer COPE @cope.foto.jp 2020年、仕事中の爆発事故に巻き込まれ、 身体の55％に火傷を負い、3週間の昏睡状態に。 そこから人生は大きく変わりました。 後遺症と向き合いながらも、 「もう一度、自分の人生を生きる」と決め、 カメラを手に様々な挑戦を続けています。 今回のケニアプロジェクトでは、 1ヶ月間、フォトグラファーとして現地に帯同。 現地の人々の暮らしや、 井戸プロジェクトのリアルな瞬間を 写真で届けてくれます。 ぜひ応援よろしくお願いします😊 3 weeks to go until the Kenya Project 🇰🇪 Today we introduce one of our new team members. Photographer COPE @cope.foto.jp In 2020, COPE was involved in an explosion accident at work. He suffered burns over 55% of his body and spent three weeks in a coma. That experience became the starting point of a new chapter in his life. While continuing to face the aftereffects of the accident, he chose to take on new challenges and follow his path as a photographer. During this one-month project in Kenya, COPE will join the team as our photo documentarian, capturing the people, stories, and moments of the well-digging project. From the far north to the southwest, we followed the flow — driving wherever the day’s feeling took us. It was an intuitive, open-ended journey. I traveled while managing health setbacks, supported by my wife, and used this time to face myself and be fully present in the “now.” These photos are fragments of moments we met along the way — trimmed and captured from this ever-moving experience. Road Trip🛻Fotografie🌍️ in norway Day 5 Arctic Circle ついに北極圏へ到達 この辺りから徐々に身体の異変に気づいた。普段から気候の変動により古傷が反応するのはわかっていたけど、ここから北側と特に標高を上げると痛みと痺れが強くて半日はダウン 旅の中で更に身体と向き合うコトとなりました。 Finally made it to the Arctic Circle. Around here, I started to feel my body act up. I knew old injuries react to weather shifts, but heading further north and gaining altitude hit me hard-pain and numbness knocked me out for half a day.
