Running is more than just running , a time to express myself and exercise the gift that I have been given for everything that’s it worth. As cliche as it is it really is about the journey and seeing who you meet along the way and who you can lift up

Day 1 of Project 52 , overall felt good today God willing

Blessed to have had this opportunity to push beyond my limits while inspiring the next generation to be better in all aspects of life

Although I fell short I gave it everything I had and crushed a distance PR by a full marathon

What an experience to suffer with some amazing individuals

You never know who might need to hear your story , life is too short to keep things to ourselves

Day 21 of Project 52 with @owennurminen

Unreal day at CEO summit , caught some morning miles and ran through a mountain. Impressed with what Liberty has to offer their students. Been awesome to connect with some friends and meeting new people. by @bstudenc

Day 18 of Project 52

Starting to get to the point in the challenge where I really hate running but won’t give my feelings too much power. I was pretty gassed today and then stumbled on an ice cream shop shaped like an ice cream cone and got an ice cream and I was okay.
