On June 19, 1865, the news of freedom finally reached Galveston, Texas… 2½ years after it was supposed to. That delay was no accident. But Black Americans celebrated anyway, and they never stopped. We carry that same spirit today. Happy Juneteenth from BSU! 🖤❤️💚 by @bsu_umn

This evening, Mu Chapter was awarded the Certificate for Ebony Excellence by the University of Minnesota’s Black Student Union at their annual Ebony Gala. “This award honors the brothers that demonstrates excellence, leadership, and a strong pledge to serving the Black community. Through their actions, they embody integrity, scholarship, and service, leaving a lasting impact on those around them”.We are extremely grateful for the Black Student Union’s recognition of our hard work and commitment to Manly Deeds, Scholarship, and Love for All Mankind.Here is a photo of our chapter president Bro.
