We want to recognize our September Employees of the Month, Aurisa Spencer from Flynn Dining and Americo from ECC!

Americo has been with Bridgewater Dining for over a decade and his dedication to the job has remained the same. He is a staple in the kitchen over at ECC, a co-worker his colleagues truly appreciate being around. He also is always happy to share his Cape Verdean culture and food; participating in many of our My Kitchen 2 U and as a matter of fact he has one coming up this Thursday, October 8th at 4PM in ECC!

Aurisa is newer to the team but has already made an impact! She is a dishwasher at Flynn, but we have quickly figured out that she can wear many hats. She has discovered a pizza making talent that surprised even herself and jumps in to help at any station where she is needed. She has brought great energy to the front and the back of the house and we are happy to welcome her to the team!
