Don’t let Instagram fool you… I genuinely don’t like running….😒thank you volleyball Almost every time I start, there’s a little voice in my head trying to negotiate a shorter workout or convince me to skip it altogether Every time we choose the hard thing instead of the comfortable thing, we’re teaching ourselves that discomfort isn’t something to fear but it’s something we can handle That’s where confidence comes from Not from waiting until it feels easy From proving to yourself, OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN, that you can do hard things anyway I still don’t love running I just love the version of me that’s waiting on the other side of it 🤍 #btb #boomthebuilder #progressnotperfection #personaltraining #realtalkfitness by @btb.fxtness
Motivation is great… when it shows up. The problem is, it doesn’t always show up. Some days you’ll feel motivated. Other days you’ll oversleep, your plans will change, life will happen, and you’ll have every reason to push your goals off until tomorrow. That’s why I’ve learned to rely on consistency more than motivation. Not perfection. Not feeling inspired. Just keeping the promises I make to myself. Today’s workout didn’t look how I planned it. My day didn’t start how I planned it. But I adjusted instead of quitting. That’s the difference. If you’d like a copy of my Habit Tracker + Weekly Routine Tracker, send me a DM with the word TRACKER and I’ll send it over. 🤝 What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you’re finally going to do today? 👇 #boomthebuilder #btb #bettereveryday⭐️ #habittracker #consistencywins by @btb.fxtness
“The magic you’re looking for is in the work you’re avoiding.” i used to think i needed to feel motivated to change my life. like i needed to wake up inspired, disciplined, confident, ready. but honestly? that mindset kept me stuck for a long time. because motivation is fleeting. feelings change. energy changes. life happens. and every time i only moved when i felt like it, i would end up frustrated with myself because i wasn’t building anything stable. i’d see little glimpses of progress here and there, but nothing that lasted… because my habits weren’t lasting either. the thing that started changing everything for me was realizing that confidence isn’t something you magically wake up with. you build it by showing up for yourself consistently. especially on the days you don’t feel like it. and trust me, i’m still learning this. i still fall off sometimes. i still have moments where i let my feelings lead instead of my goals. but now, instead of shaming myself for it, i reset quicker. i give myself grace and keep going. because the goal was never perfection. the goal is becoming someone who keeps showing up anyway. #boomthebuilder #btb #strengthtrainingforwomen #glutegrowth #onlinefitnesscoach by @btb.fxtness
If you’re struggling to grow your glutes… it might not be your genetics. It might be your habits👀 A lot of women are working hard in the gym but missing a few KEY things that actually allow muscle to grow. Glute growth isn’t just about doing a bunch of glute exercises. It’s about how you train, how you fuel your body, and how consistent you are over time. If you want your glutes to grow, start focusing on: • Eating enough to support muscle growth • Strength training consistently (3–4x a week) • Progressively increasing your weights • Prioritizing protein intake • Getting enough sleep and recovery And just as important… avoiding the things that slow your progress down. Results don’t happen overnight. But when you train with intention and stay consistent, your body will respond. If you’re tired of guessing in the gym and want a clear plan for growing your glutes and building your dream body the right way… Tap the link in my bio to learn more about my coaching services and 1:1 training options. Motivation will fail you. Discipline won’t. I didn’t feel like working out today. I had a million things to do, my mind was racing, and it honestly would’ve been easier to skip it. But I know myself. And if I didn’t show up for me first, I’d spend the rest of the day feeling off, drained, resentful. Like I gave everything to the world and left myself empty. So I found a way. Not because I was motivated… but because I’m disciplined. This wasn’t about a long workout this was about keeping a promise to myself. So show up. Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s short. You’re the first investment. Never forget that. THR33 upper body moves that had me fighting for my life (but like that’s cute… right?): 1️⃣ Smith Machine Incline Press 2️⃣Cable Lateral Raises (don’t come for me, I KNOW they’re not technically a “push” move but they hit delts soooo… mind ya bidness 😌) 3️⃣Tricep Pushdowns Did 3 sets of 6–8 reps, adding weight each round until I couldn’t anymore… then repped it out Not a tutorial, just a peek into what’s been building these arms + shoulders up. Chest. Delts. Tris. We hit them all baby. (want ur body on ⏳ then don’t skip upper body days girly pop 😚🫶🏽) Steal the workout. Save the video. Show up strong. first day of cardio 😭 but make it cute. i’m in my lean out while still building muscle era, so that meant switching up my workouts and my nutrition 👀 today was day 1 of adding cardio back in. and listen… i used to hate cardio bc volleyball trauma had me associating it w/ punishment (iykyk). but instead of staring at the clock or counting steps, i just picked a destination. it was a 10 min drive away… turned into a 6 mile walk 😭💀 by the time i checked, 2 hours had passed🫠 calves on FUEGO but i felt so GOOD. lesson of the day? when you focus on the destination instead of tracking every step, you realize how much you can actually handle. and that kinda pride in yourself >>>> any number on a screen. if you’re on a similar journey, hit me up 🫶 accountability + hot girl walks all summer long 🔥 let’s keep showing up + showing OUT. #fitnessjourney #hotgirlwalk #summergoals #bodyrecomp #girlieswholift #buildandburn #realtalkfitness #leanmuscle #cardioday #personaltraineronline #personaltraining #progressnotperfection #BTB #boomthebuilder by @btb.fxtness
I used to skip upper body days like my life depended on it. Scared I’d look “too manly”… too bulky… like I’d lose my softness. So I stuck to legs & abs. But sis - I was wrong. Training upper body didn’t take away from my femininity… it unlocked it. Defined arms, strong posture, and confidence that hits different. Don’t be scared to lift HEAVY. Let this be your sign to stop tiptoeing around the dumbbells & start claiming your strong. 💪🏽✨🫧 #GymGirlies #MuscleMommys #WomensFitness #FitnessForHer #UpperBodyWorkout #FitGirlsOnly #StrongNotScary #StrongIsFeminine #FitnessInfluencer #GirlsWhoLift #HeavyLiftingLadies #Fitspo #EmpoweredAndStrong #FemaleLifters #StrengthAndFemininity #BuildNotShrink #SculptedPhysique by @btb.fxtness
