From Colombo to Melbourne — a celebrated Sri Lankan culinary institution has arrived in Australia.

Founded in Colombo in 2011 by acclaimed chef-restaurateur @dharshanmunidasa , together with Sri Lankan cricket legends, Mahela Jayawardhane and Kumar Sangakkara, Ministry of Crab has become synonymous with premium Sri Lankan seafood and the finest mud crabs.

As a Sri Lankan-born photographer based in Melbourne, it was a pleasure to capture and share some magnificent moments from this memorable event — celebrating Sri Lankan culinary heritage, creativity and excellence on the Melbourne stage.

Through my lens, I’m proud to capture stories that connect Sri Lanka and Australia, preserving the atmosphere, people and unforgettable moments that make these occasions special.
