A lot can change in 4 years… 2021 ➡️ 2022 ➡️ 2023 ➡️ NOW. Same me, stronger AND smarter.

Full transparency, the past year of working out has been very different for me. Life events, relationships, and career choices have drastically changed the flow of my training and I’ve seen a change in my physique that I’m not necessarily upset with but also not satisfied with.
