This Employee Ownership Month, we’re celebrating an important milestone: 5 years of employee ownership at BTI.

BTI became employee-owned in January 2021, when the company restructured as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Through the EOT, employees who have worked more than 4,000 hours earn a financial stake in the success of BTI. Today, more than two-thirds of our team are EOT members.
