0-3 in Championship Games sucks.

Every time I walk off that field without a win, I reflect on what I could have done better. But not once—not for a second—have I ever wished for different players.
Winning is the goal, but coaching is about more than that.
It’s about growth, development, and building the next generation.

My job isn’t just to win games—it’s to prepare my players to take over when I’m done, to reach their own personal summits, and to be better than I ever was.

There’s a quote about standing on the shoulders of those who came before us.
I want every player I coach to stand on mine, just as I have stood on the shoulders of my mentors, my coaches, and the people who shaped me.

To my players—past and present—thank you.
The titles will come or they won’t, but your success, your growth, and your leadership will.
