Mayor of Kingstown had its epic conclusion yesterday. And little did anyone know but when Norseman snuck Merle out in Ep 7 that was as close as we would get to a goodbye. His last words to Norseman: “You did good” which is about as close as anybody will come to getting a compliment from him. I’ve already shared all the kindest words about Rich, and I’m sure you’ve heard them over and over again. But it was an honor to share the screen and script with this man. The honor was 100% mine. Merle and Norseman’s journey is over in Kingstown. But what happens in Season 5? I guess we’ll see… by @btoddsworld

Hope you’ve had a chance to meet Brian Richmond by now on Amazon Prime. Had the experience of a lifetime working with Maggie Q on “Ballard” - part of the Bosch universe. My new buddy @iamxaveriabaird and I had a blast working on Venice Beach in the infamous @houseofinktattoo Would especially love to thank Director @wilkinsonjet for working with me and taking a chance on me. Was great to show something a mean guy with a bit of heart. Also much love to author @michaelconnellybooks for this jaw dropping book series from Bosch to Ballard and so many more. All the love in the world to showrunners Michael Alaimo and @kasherwood for giving Brian such beautiful depth - was an honor to bring this character to life. (And also proof that a Clemson Tiger and GA Bulldog can work in harmony 😁) All the gratitude and beyond to my manager @malissayoungmgmt for opportunity after opportunity. We’re building something of legend together and I’m so proud to take this journey with you and the team. This one goes out to all the men who I’m grateful to call brother. Iron sharpens iron, and yes the gym might be the most literal example of this but there are men who sharpen me mentally, spiritually, and professionally. I’m strong because of brotherhood. It’s really simple, you do all the hard work before you go in and then when you’re up… YOU JUST GET TO HAVE A GREAT TIME!! Athletes call it the Flow State, where everything just becomes fluid and you’re not even thinking anymore. That’s when you’re tapped into your gift. It’s autopilot. It’s a blessing. And you want to do the hard stuff ahead of time so you don’t have to get ready, you just stay ready. Much thanks to my buddy Ja’Corey over at @gettaped for having a blast with me today while I taped an audition of a lifetime. Hard to be nervous when you’re having fun.
