Mom, you’ve always painted life in the most vibrant colors. Your art, your love, and your belief in me are all masterpieces.

I’ll always cherish those moments when you lifted me up, just like you always do, making me feel like I could accomplish anything.

Thank you for being the most inspiring, creative, and loving mom I could ask for.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Spent Saturday speaking on a broadcasting panel hosted by @sagaftra and San Francisco State University alongside some incredible professionals, diving into the future of news, AI, and what it really takes to stand out in today’s digital world.

We talked a bit about how AI is changing the landscape BUT more importantly, how students and recent grads can use social media as a tool to not wait to get employed to start telling good stories and building their reels.

The biggest takeaway, your ability to tell your story online is a cheat code.

Social media isn’t just for posting food pics and memes, it’s your portfolio, your network, and your voice all in one.

So document your journey, share what you’re learning, and position yourself before you think you’re “ready.”

That’s how opportunities find you.

Big thank you to @jessica_madam.director_ and @bobbutler7 for the invitation to speak among so many legends and to connect with the next generation of journalists and storytellers.

Practiced some iPhone telephoto photography in Disneyland this weekend.

Haven’t been to @disneyland in almost a decade, first time together with @summerofgems AND first time seeing Galaxy’s Edge. It was an absolute blast.

Excited to go more and get even cooler photos with my cameras.

We had a special look at the sunrise during this mornings show thanks to @805_william

What do you guys think? Should we ditch the skycams for views like this moving forward?

Learn to see beauty in the mundane 📸

Second trip to Seattle in one year, definitely falling in love with this city.

Was there when they won the Super Bowl, that town knows how to scream with pride.

This past weekend I felt TRULY alive for the first time in a long time.

I’ve been to countless cool retreats and events all over the world, but never have I been to a retreat that focused on growing yourself as a Man, and as a Man of God.

The last decade I have truthfully been trying to serve two masters.

I’ve been calling myself a follower of Christ, while trying to “chase that bag” and work harder and faster than any of my competitors in my businesses industry.

And it was nice, for a while.

Then it turned into a vicious cycle of burnout, self-loathing, and hating the very gift God blessed me with (my creative eye).

Over the last few months I’ve been putting more time into my health and my relationship with God.

And this event was a tipping point in that coming home journey.

Like the son who returned to his Father in Luke 15:11-32, I too feel like I’ve gone home to Jesus.

I just want to say thank you so much @adventuresoftheheart for hosting this event and I cannot wait to go to the next one in 2026.

Thank you to @lukascolombo for inviting me over the last 4 years even though I’ve been saying no.

And thank you to God for pushing me to say yes this year.

If you’ve been wanting to repair your “masculine heart” make sure to follow @adventuresoftheheart to go to the next event in 2026. (Hope to see you there!) by @btswithnickj
