@bubandpops in DC draws inspiration from a family legacy that began in South Philadelphia. Mae and Irv (Bub and Pop) Wagner, who shared a love for home-style Italian Market food, opened a deli in West Philly after WWII. There, they crafted their own versions of the Italian hoagie and braised beef brisket sandwiches. Today, their grandson, Chef Jon, reinvents these classics, serving delicious hoagies and cheesesteaks made with fresh ingredients and house-made bread.

What we ordered:
🥩Cheese Steak
🥪Italian Hoagie
🧀Chicken Parmesan
🍤Rich Boy
🍪Cookie ice cream sandwich
🍦Water Ice
