✨ A timeless love for polished nickel! ✨

One of my favorite finishes to incorporate in both kitchens and bathrooms, polished nickel brings a traditional elegance and understated sophistication to any space. Its beautiful, soft glow adds just the right amount of shine while pairing effortlessly with classic details and modern design alike. From faucets, sconces, to cabinet hardware, it’s a finish that never goes out of style. 🤍

🤍Dahlias, blue glass, and candlelight. A dining room ready for dinner, fellowship & conversation!
🤍Many custom elements went into this design: commissioned water color art created by a dear friend with custom mats & frames, custom pinch pleat drapes, brass hardware, a new chandelier chosen to complement the furniture in the room, reupholstered chairs with the perfect seat fabric.
🌿Gorgeous floral stems- all locally grown @berryhillsue & @annakatewages #shoplocal

🫶🏼This little vignette may not look extensive to some, but it perfectly captures what I value and love most about design.

🫶🏼I love the relationships formed, the history & the story that each collected piece tells. I love the character, art, and customization that goes into every single home or place of business. AND I love old things! They are nostalgic and full of character.

🫶🏼The Spinet desk was found warn and had seen better days, but through custom paint, stain and restoration it became a jewel. The accompanying bench was not special, but custom fabric was chosen and this bench too took on a new look. The candle holder was handmade decades ago from an artisan in Italy. The custom map also tells a story. It is a daily reminder of a beloved family vacation.

🫶🏼So, yes, this vignette sums up the mission and goal for each BBDCo. design.
