Seeing this 4 player or 6 player arcade cabinet in 1992 was a dream come true. I can remember playing this at Chuck E Cheese and Canada's Wonderland and having a blast with friends. The game came out in 1992 and is based on Chris Claremont's X-Men run. The in-game character designs are based on the 1989 pilot X-Men: Pryde of the X-Men. #Xmen #Konami #arcade #beatemup #1990s #cyclops #MarvelComics #Marvel by @bubs_comics

Violent Storm, 1993 Arcade, by Konami. This was peak 90s arcade fun my dudes. Big beautiful 2d sprites and a bumping soundtrack. There's nothing like being in a 90s arcade and the stereo speakers blasting from various games. Violent Storm has a great street and gritty feel. No fancy wizards or superheroes just 3 bad dudes trying to rescue a damsel in distress. This is the vibe I love true 1990s arcade brawling. We are going to be playing this on Bubs Arcade in the future. #violentstorm #beatemup #konami #arcade #retrogaming #90sarcade by @bubs_comics

"If looks could kill".... Just some concept art for a comic Im planning on making. This is "Mari Malice" the femme fatale and manager of the heel faction "The Vipers". The comic is going to be set in an alternate timeline of 1980's Toronto and is going to be based on Pro Wrestling. I have it all written out, just working on character artwork and the final look I want for the book. It's heavily inspired by the Japanese fighting games and beat-em-ups I grew up playing. Going to try and post my work on insta more consistently as Im trying to improve. #comicart #digitalpainting #prowrestling #beautiful #comicbook #digitalpainting #conceptart #artoftheday #wrestling #artist #illustration #artlife by @bubs_comics

It's Detective "Rowdy" Roddy O'Toole and his trusty sidekick Officer Daisy Doucette... Two rough and tumble cops from the mean streets of 1980's New York. Their acouple real "loose-canons" you could say. I did this as a sketch back in 2016 and just reworked it. I've always been a fan of 1980s-1990s cops movies and shows like: Hunter, Lethal Weapon, Beverly Hills Cop etc. #comics #conceptart #characterdesign #cartoon #1980s #artwork #digitalart #drawing by @bubs_comics

Poodle Doodle 🐩, Did this drawing of my favorite Poodle: Dear Abby. Was thinking of adding more highlights but I kind of like the simple two-tone color scheme. #poodle #pet #petlovers #petdrawing #doglovers #petart #dogart #digitalpainting by @bubs_comics
