What's the best way to break your fast? A drink, fruits or a combo of the two 😍

Feel free to try this easy and quick blend of white refreshing fruits - pineapple, golden melon and cucumber.
You will be surprised to see that the liquid content is almost enough to fill you up halfway before you get to the main meal.
Embarking on a fast doesn't infer that when you break you will eat everything you should have eaten. Eating moderately is still the rule of the exercise.

As a practising Catholic, the significance and importance of this season impacts greatly on me.
I wish that as people we could extend the reason of the season further into the year.

Welcome to our world of spices and its a Tumeric on a Tuesday Tip 🍽 .
.
Commonly used as a spice it's actually very good as an anti-inflammatory also.
Added to meals in excess, it's could be similar to a curry (but has a musky flavor to it)

If needing a dip (for fries or grilled meats) then mix Tumeric with some Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and a dash of lime.
If needing to spice up your meat especially chicken whilst giving it a healthy orange glow, then add some Tumeric to your marinade and let it sit for between 8 - 24hours. .
.
We pride ourselves on cooking good food that keeps you healthy and vibrant. So if you aren't very keen on cooking, then holla at us and we will deliver right to your door
EASTER IS COMING 🤣🤣🤣 .
