Do you enjoy cooking or you would rather eat glass?

That said, I have always enjoyed cooking for myself, although I cook more after getting hitched 🤭 Because, I can't afford to see the love of my life getting hungry 🤤 (Kamari : never event). 🤭 Let him not come and debunk this caption 😉

Is it only me who cringe when I hear people say, ‘all UK houses are small’ . If you are among them you need to be following this page.
Having said that, I understand that prices differ based on location, but this particular home is in a great neighbourhood.

Ladies, needing lube does NOT mean you’re not attracted to your partner 👀

Can we please end the stigma around women using lubricant during sex?

You can be completely turned on and still not produce enough natural lubrication.

Vaginal dryness can happen at different ages and for different reasons, including hormonal changes, breastfeeding, certain medications and other factors.

Lubricant can reduce friction and make sex more comfortable and pleasurable. There is absolutely no shame in reaching for it. ❤️

And remember, not all lubricants are the same. If you’re using latex condoms, avoid oil based lubricants because they can weaken the latex and increase the risk of breakage.

So ladies, normalise the lube! 😂🙌🏾

Have you had the puberty talk with your boy yet? ❤️

Puberty can feel awkward to talk about, but our boys deserve to understand what is happening to their bodies before those changes begin.

From growth spurts, acne and body hair to erections, wet dreams, body odour, crushes and consent, there is so much for them to learn.

The goal isn’t to overwhelm them with information. It is to create a safe space where they know they can come back to you with questions without feeling embarrassed, ashamed or afraid of getting into trouble.

And remember, it doesn’t have to be one big conversation. You can have these conversations gradually as they grow. ❤️

I stumbled across this video on my feed, and it got me wondering: how long do you think sex should last?

There’s no single duration that suits everyone. And if one partner isn’t satisfied with how long sex lasts, that alone doesn’t mean the other partner has premature ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation generally involves ejaculating sooner than desired, with difficulty delaying it and distress about it. Erectile dysfunction is different: it’s difficulty getting or keeping an erection.

Some people enjoy being choked during sex, but pressure on the neck can cause serious injury. It can affect blood flow or breathing, damage blood vessels or the voice box, and lead to brain injury, stroke or even death. Serious harm can happen without obvious marks.

Did you know you can consciously engage your pelvic floor muscles during sex? 👀

Gently contracting and then fully relaxing your pelvic floor muscles may change the sensation for you and your partner.

But remember, you don’t have to squeeze with every movement, and sex doesn’t need to become your pelvic floor workout 😂

If your goal is to strengthen your pelvic floor, structured pelvic floor exercises are more appropriate, and relaxation is just as important as contraction.

And if you experience pain during sex or have a tight or overactive pelvic floor, repeatedly squeezing may not be right for you.

Fibroids are common, but not everyone who has fibroids will experience symptoms.

Some signs to look out for include heavier or more painful periods, pelvic pressure or fullness, an increase in the size of your tummy, and pain or discomfort during sex.

Research also shows that fibroids disproportionately affect Black women, who may develop them at a younger age and experience a greater burden of disease.

Having these symptoms does not automatically mean you have fibroids, as other conditions can cause similar symptoms. Please speak to a healthcare professional for proper assessment.

Know your body. Pay attention to changes. And please don’t normalise symptoms that are affecting your quality of life. ❤️

Your daughter just got her first period… now what? 🩸❤️

For many of us growing up, the conversation was simply: “You’ve started your period now. Don’t go near boys or you’ll get pregnant.” 😭

But our children deserve more than fear and warnings.

A first period is an opportunity to create a safe space for conversations about her changing body, period care, relationships, consent, contraception, STIs and sexual health, without shame or embarrassment.

Most importantly, let her know: “You can always come to me.” ❤️

And don’t forget the boys! They need age appropriate conversations about puberty, consent, relationships and sexual health too.

Save this for when you need it, and share it with another parent who might find it helpful. 🫶🏾
