Last week marked 10 years working with @merivale .
A milestone in my career, and also a huge achievement in my personal life. I have been lucky enough to cook at some of the best restaurants in Sydney, but most importantly to work alongside the most incredible people across multiple venues such as: @ms.gssydney @mr.wongsydney @jimmysfalafel @quarterdeck_narooma @lynchs_narooma @queenchow.merivale @bar_unamas @bertsnewport @ellocosydney . There are too many names to mention, and thousands of photos to choose from. So here are just a few. Thank you to all the chefs, kitchen and floor staff over the years. To @jordanwtoft and @hongsta_gram my mentors who I’m glad to call friends- thank you for believing in me and giving me a chance some time ago. This journey wouldn’t have been the same without you.
