Through random hangouts, dances, pointless conversations, and memories we still laugh about today—we somehow grew up together.

The days when my smiles were borrowed and my laughter was just for show.
You hugged every broken part of me without asking me to fix it first. You saw storms I tried to hide and quietly reminded me I’d be okay. You stood beside me in my darkest chapters— even though I didn’t ask, you stayed.

Maybe that’s what friendship is.

Not just grand gestures.
Not perfect words.

Just someone choosing
to stay in your life
when it matters most.

Almost a decade of friendship, chaos, laughter, and growing up.

I’m grateful the random boy I met one night became the friend who stayed through every version of me.

And I will love you for you
for a lifetime—
in a steady way.
I’ll show up in every way I can. If not for siblings I’m glad life somehow made you my family.

And if every lifetime gives us different stories,
I hope in every one of them
I still find you
