🧡 OJI IS STILL WAITING 🧡

Nearly a year ago, Oji was rescued from the streets as a tiny, abandoned 4-month-old kitten. He was completely blind, alone, and struggling to survive. Since that day, he has been safe, loved, and cared for, but what he still doesn't have is a family of his own.

Oji is completely healthy, FIV and FeLV negative, vaccinated, and neutered. His blindness does not stop him from enjoying life, he is affectionate, gentle, and does wonderfully with both humans and other cats.

After waiting almost a year, Oji deserves more than rescue. He deserves a forever home.

📍 Available for adoption internationally.
✈️ Can travel to Europe and the USA via a flight buddy.
🇬🇧 Can travel to the United Kingdom through a pet relocation company.

Please open your heart and give Oji the loving home he has been waiting so patiently for. A blind cat can live a full, happy, and independent life—and Oji is ready to share his love with his forever family. ❤️

This is Oji, and his story will break your heart💔

Oji is a gorgeous Russian Blue mix who was completely abandoned on the streets in the United Arab Emirates simply because he is blind. Despite being left behind by the people he trusted, he has nothing but love to give. He urgently needs a forever home where he can finally feel safe, and he can fly worldwide to find it! ✈️🌍

Age: Just over a year old
🏥 Health: Fully vaccinated and neutered
🧪 Tests: FIV and FeLV negative
👁️ Condition: Completely blind❤️
Personality: An absolute sweetheart with humans and other animals

📍 Current Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

✈️ International Adoption: Available! Oji can travel to the UK, Europe, or the USA via a flight buddy/relocation company

💵 Adoption Fees: Apply to all adoptions.
Local fees go directly to the veterinary clinic to fund medical care for more rescue animals.

International fees go directly toward his relocation and travel costs.

Blind cats adapt beautifully and make incredibly loyal companions. Oji just needs someone to give him a chance. 🏡✨

📩 How to Adopt: Please send a direct message (DM) to @buckyforever !

Please share, like, and tag friends abroad to help Oji find his perfect home! 🔄👇

Last night I curled beside your bed, my tail softly swaying . I saw your hands clasped with grief and purred, “I’m whole again, I’m happy, I’m still forever near.” At breakfast I watched you stir your macha, longing to be picked up and held close once more. You tend my resting place with love beyond compare, but I’m not lost inside the earth, I breathe within your prayer. One day, when your journey ends, I’ll leap across the rainbow bridge to greet you, your soul, your friend. If love would have saved you , you would have lived forever, Batty boy, Bong! 😿🌈❤️✨🐾🙏🏻😢💫🪽 Today, it’s been a month without you, Batty, and one thing I can say for sure… The silence after you left is the loudest thing I’ve ever heard. #tillweallmeetagain #foreverinourhearts #LoveBattyForever😢🙏🏻🐾❤️✨🪽💫🌈😿 by @buckyforever

My dear friends, or like our sweet Batty would have said, dear ‘furiends ‘ , it’s with a heavy heart that I have to post this today. Today, Sunday November 9 2025, our beautiful boy Batty crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Our hearts are aching with his absence, we know he lived a very happy life, he was blessed with love from everyone, at home and from all over the world in his IG friends. Thank you all for the love and furiendship you all gave our Batty. Keep on loving him and keep on loving everypawdy, let’s spread love to make this world a better place, this will be the most beautiful tribute you all can give to our angel kitty, Batty. And whatever your kind hearts decide to do in his name, we would like to ask you to give to non kill shelters and animal rescuers of your choice. This would honor the kind heart and kind nature of our beautiful boy Batty. RIP sweet angel Batty. #tillweallmeetagain #LoveBattyForever #piratecats 😿🌈🐾💫💔😭🙏🏻✨🏴‍☠️ by @buckyforever

#savesanjuancats #dubai @alleycatallies
The U.S. National Park Service is planning to remove and kill the community cats living along a historic trail in San Juan, Puerto Rico. These cats have lived there for years, cared for by volunteers, and deserve humane solutions. As we wait for a judge’s decision on a federal lawsuit against this cruel plan, we need to spread awareness and demand better. Join the movement and help #SaveSanJuanCats by speaking up today! 😿💔🙏🏻🐾 by @buckyforever
