Dropped a new single today with a new album coming soon. Link in the bio. The hook of this song was inspired by God, source, creator. The big message in the song being that we could talk to one another and that I am seen for who I truly am. In all my forms. May it inspire reach and elevate you as it has for me 🙏💚 by @bud_lotus

Back at it again with @zacharydominicrecordings for a third album! ☘️ I'm feeling really good about this one... this year for me was all about transformations and going after what spoke to my heart. I sold most my earthly possessions left jersey woofed in Virginia fell in love in Arizona and journeyed to Kauai to sustain, cultivate, and deepen the love further. Organic farming, permaculture, healing, dancing, laughing, foraging, identifying plant medicines, food forest, fruit on fruit action, juicing, fresh herb teas, medicine drumming, present communication, a sense of community, engaging with what resonates to my core! I've been thru hells and I still have my ups and downs but these experiences, visions, and dreams are alive and I will not give up on making a better life! This album will be a small reflection and insight to my world one I felt compelled to push for. I did my best to come from a good place, not of ego or wanting attention but of inspiring and sharing the beauty of this world we coexist in.

Thank you @tinyterrorphotos for capturing these moments with my homie! by @bud_lotus

I got the pull to climb Kalalea a few days ago. The energy that surged thru me to climb this was pretty ridiculous. There wasn't a trail head and I definitely crossed thru some private property. At the time I was climbing it I wasn't overly concerned with the dangers, at one point along climbing the cliffside I fell about 6 feet from a rock I grabbed onto that dislodged. It caused me to drop onto a thin grassy ledge of guinea grass that overlooked what appeared to be a fall that definitely would of killed me. And somehow after that fall I freaking climbed back up knowing that just happened. It was terrifying and invigorating, and feeling the fears I did helped to guide me thru. There was something about it all that had me thinking about the way us humans come and go in life and how there isn't a way of avoiding the inevitable. The inevitability the synchronicities the alignment of where we're supposed to be family friends music nature its all super beautiful. When it happens it'll happen but for now there's still work to do here. by @bud_lotus

I haven't posted in a minute haha today I finally started going thru pictures and vids I recorded over the past few months and honestly I wish I had more looking thru it all. This guy right here is William Prentice (@william__prentice ), we were woofer's at Arcadia Sanctuary in Amherst Virginia. We lived together for over two months but within that time we became brothers... some soul fam type shit. The first day I met this guy he came rolling thru the blue ridge mountains on a revamped school bus from northern Michigan with his lady Jess. I didn't really know what to expect living in a community setting and sharing space with people I never met before but it was probably the best move I could of made. I had some of the best laughs and heart felt conversations with this guy. He was my teacher, my friend, my source of live music and someone I looked forward to seeing in the morning. We both fed each other's passions, motivated one another, and helped tamed each others flame when we felt a little out of control. I have so much love and respect for this renaissance man. The first day I met him he sang a song about the blue ridge mountains as I was folding my clothes in my room. Song freaking slapped hit me like a wave that brought me to tears and in that moment I knew I met a real one. I sadly only recorded him playing three songs which are shortened cuz of insta. The second one tho is a cover from a song one of the owners of the farm actually made. We'd actually wake up a lot of mornings and sing that song haha it was a morning ritual for a little bit of time but one that wont ever get old. I hope to see you touring one of these days man much love 🤙 #whatsaroadwithoutabeer #nothing #horsesheeet #bamboobandits by @bud_lotus
