Ive loved making these leaves. A beautiful kit from @sarahedgarprettyfabrics really easy to make, beautiful felt and threads, a joy, two of the leaves were to good homes and I made a third toadstool because I like them and it gave me a chance to do more colonial knots 🤣 by @budsmam

Welcome October! Im all caught up on my #yearinembroidery @littlelightstitchery
Reading has been a saviour in my long covid recovery journey. Well all my life really! I love my little kindle.
This embroidery charts my daily pages read, blue/purple are fewer pages, green/yellow/red are higher pages read. The little colonial knots in some squares represent how many books I finished that day 😊, i read a LOT!

So! This has been a long time coming 😊 but with the aid of my rather wonderful husband I finally made it home to Fraserburgh, its been over 2 years. Stayed in a beach hut which was rather wonderful

Welcome August! Wipe your feet on the way in and could the weather be a bit more predictable please? July saw heatwaves then jumpers and halogen heaters up here 🤦‍♀️
