Hey friends, I’m Yuri wife, mama, and a fermentation obsessed Latina behind @buenaboochatea.
What started as a gut-healing hobby in my Carolina kitchen is now a little brand with a big mission: Real ingredients (no syrups, no shortcuts)
Small-batch brews crafted with patience & probiotics
Community first wellness is better when we share it
Heart & heritage in every pour Grab a seat, pop a cold Buena Booch, and let’s toast to feeling good from the inside out. Which flavor should I brew next?👇 I’d love to hear your ideas 🥰

My first podcast! I had the sweetest opportunity to sit down with Julie Brooks and chat about gut health, kombucha, and the story behind Buena Boocha! For those who know me, you know I’m a little more reserved and speaking in front of people is definitely outside my comfort zone! It’s actually one of the reasons you don’t see me posting myself very often. But I’m learning that stepping outside my comfort zone is part of growing my business, so here I am! Please be nice to me 🥹 I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my journey and why wellness from the inside out means so much to me. A huge thank you to Julie for having me! She’s absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and has so much valuable insight to share. Be sure to check her out. @juliebrookscoachingandhypnosis I’d love for you to watch my very first podcast! https://youtu.be/-RhgINEk3Zk (link in bio) by @buenaboochatea
