I debated about posting these from yesterday but clearly I am and let me tell you why. In the midst of a traumatic, heartbreaking situation I was reminded of the humanity, empathy and love of people. If you aren’t a football fan it may be difficult for you to understand the love we have for our teams. For me that love is truly special because it’s from a place of not personally knowing the player on the field, but still somehow caring and loving them. At 8:55 last night there were no #buffalobills or #cincinattibengals fans, all of us in that stadium were @d.ham3 fans. All these pics were taken before game, which I went to with my Dad. He’s the one who raised me to have the love and passion for the #buffalobills and thus @d.ham3 . @d.ham3 actually warmed up a few feet from us on the field and I’ll never forget seeing how smiley, happy, and pumped up he seemed. So, I want to forever remember last nights event, not for the traumatic event that occurred but for the feeling of togetherness we all felt in that stadium and for the realization that humanity still exists (regardless of how well you know someone).
