Last week I celebrated a Birthday (you figure out my age ;)). I was showered with love, and felt SO much gratitude for everyone and everything in my life! I rode the high of it all for days.
What ALSO happened, is that Buffalo Room Refresh turned 1 🥳🥳🥳! So I need to tell you all, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Creating this business really came about as a healing journey to some pretty intense healthcare-career burnout. It has been reeeaalllyy hard at times - navigating all that comes with a new business, worrying about success, creating content 🤬. BUT, meeting and helping families and individuals in their homes, their vulnerable, personal spaces, has made my heart swell! Your feedback (and sometimes tears) is what keeps me going.
So Buffalo, I’m here to stay as long as you’ll have me. We can #keepbuffaloasecret, just don’t keep me a secret 😉.

✨ Every year we are fortunate enough to plan an epic end-of-summer family vacation. Travel, over “things”, has always been the priority for my husband and I. Showing our kids other places and culture, near or far, is the best education we feel we can provide.
This year was a week on San Miguel Island in the Azores, off mainland Portugal. It was breathtakingly beautiful everywhere - and almost impossible which photos to chose of the hundreds I took!
But this is a snipet of what vacation does for me. I hope you are able to take an adventure, big or small, local or far this year. There is so much to be inspired by in the world🫶.
