Meet Sadie Gower!! A senior Business Fellow double majoring in accounting and finance with a minor in French!

Hello lovelies!!! I wanted to be a Gamma Chi because I want to make sure every PNM’s voice gets heard and their recruitment process helps them reach their goals while tailoring to their needs! I specifically want to be a resource for any girl who is neurodivergent and wanting to find true community and friendship at Baylor! As a neurodivergent girlie myself 😊, I want to show every PNM that Greek life is for EVERYONE, and every girl is made in the image of God. I hope to help girls find the community they have been longing for in college and promote love and acceptance, because that is what Greek life is all about! Meet Abby Ehrhardt!! A junior exercise physiology major!

Hi PNMs! My name is Abby, and I am so excited and grateful to serve as a Gamma Chi this year! Going through recruitment was such a special experience for me, and I remember all of the excitement, nerves, and emotions that came with it. Looking back, I can truly see how God guided me through every step of the process and led me exactly where I was meant to be. My biggest hope this year is to be a source of encouragement, joy, and support for each of you. Recruitment can feel overwhelming at times, but I want you to know that you always have someone in your corner who is ready to listen, laugh with you, and remind you to trust the process. Meet Andrea Morales!! A junior finance and international business major!

Hi guys!! I’m so excited to be a gamma chi this year! I wanted to be a gamma chi for so many reasons, but my main reason was because of the amazing rush experience I had my freshman year. I had the best gamma chi’s and I wanted to be able to give that experience to someone else. I know that rush can be a little intimidating, but I want to be able to give the girls a support system and help guide them on making the best decision for themselves and their heart! Hi PNMs! My name is Caroline Martin, and I am overjoyed to be a Gamma Chi this year! More than anything, I want to serve simply as your friend throughout recruitment. I know this process can bring a lot of emotions, and I want each of you to know that I’m always here to simply listen to you 🫶. I’m here to be a source of calmness and encouragement. Having gone through recruitment as a sophomore, I know how overwhelming it can feel at times, but I also know how rewarding it can be. I wanted to be a Gamma Chi because I felt I could support and guide others through such an exciting and nerve racking experience. Being a Gamma Chi would also allow me to grow as a leader while giving back to a community that has impacted me so greatly. Meet Mallory Traylor! A junior finance and political science major!

I wanted to be a gamma chi to continue ministering to girls at baylor! There’s something so sweet about panhellenic sisterhood, so stepping into this role gave me the opportunity to combine my love for mentorship and baylor panhellenic to help girls find their perfect greek home! After serving as a line camp leader, I wanted to find new ways to connect with the baylor community, so being a gamma chi was a no brainer:)) by @bugammachis

Meet Mason Parker! A junior health science studies major on the pre-PA track!

I wanted to be a Gamma Chi because coming from Seattle and being out of state I had no idea what to expect going into recruitment! My Gamma Chi made the whole process feel so much less stressful and helped me genuinely enjoy finding where I belonged. I hope I can give PNMs that same experience and remind them that no matter where they end up, they’ll find their people and a place that feels like home! Seeing how rewarding everything feels in the end and how it all works out exactly the way it’s supposed to is what made me want to be that person for someone else! by @bugammachis
