The road has been calling for a long time.

After two months and thousands of miles crossing America, we’ve driven some of the country’s best roads, met the people keeping automotive culture alive, and built the route for the inaugural P66 Rallye this October.

As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66 and the 250th anniversary of the United States, we’re inviting a small group of drivers to help write the next chapter of the American road trip.

Whether you’re joining us for the full rallye or one of our two-day experiences, this is your chance to bring a great car to great roads, discover remarkable towns, and meet the people shaping the future of automotive culture.

Tickets are now available at every level. If you’ve been looking for a reason to drive, this is it.

A huge thank you to @bugnbox for welcoming us to another Third Thursdays at 3. Hidden away in the California desert, it’s the kind of gathering that reminds you why we all fell in love with cars in the first place. Great people, unforgettable stories, and a collection that could keep you wandering for hours.

Getting a deeper look at the incredible @fortydoors project was one of the highlights of the tour. We left inspired, grateful, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Join us this October.

“THE FORTY DOORS PROJECT”

“Forty Porsche 911 doors. Forty artists. Forty unique pieces of art.

I was asked to paint the cover piece for the project—the Porsche crest and the Forty Doors title that ties the entire collection together.

As someone who spends most of my time preserving automotive history through paint, I’m stoked to contribute to a project that brings together art, craftsmanship, and car culture on such a unique canvas”

Excited to share my own contribution next!

Today was a special day out treasure hunting with @13seb72 . We visited @hineskustom86 and @hines.84 , the grandsons of legendary custom car builder Bill Hines. While we were completely dazzled by the array of lead sleds and wild kustoms built by Bill, the target for the day was this VW Beetle limousine that Bill Hines built back a good 40+ years ago (maybe longer). Never completed but the heavy lifting fabrication wise is done, just needs everything else. It also came with an absolute mountain of spare VW parts . We managed to find a couple build photos in the archives and Mitch is going to dig for more. It’s a big project but a worthy one. I’m looking forward to doing something fun with it and getting the extra parts into the hands of folks that can use them. I just can’t seem to break free from the draw of freak show VWs. I’ve never had a limo Beetle before, but now I can cross that off the list. 🤪 Thanks to the Hines brothers for the adventure ! Now the real work begins! #vw #volkswagen #limobug #historyonwheels #billhines by @bugnbox

Any BMW 2002 Tii people out there? Somehow I ended up with some fuel injection parts despite never having a tii BMW🤷‍♂️. Stuff is pricey online if you piece it out. If someone wants it all for a reasonable price, let me know. I also have a 4 speed transmission (gotta dig it out) and some door panels and miscellaneous bits. $500 for the whole lot. Local pickup only, no shipping. Located in Aguanga CA 92536 #bmw #bmw2002 #bmw2002tii #fuelinjection #kugelfischer taken in Carchaeology Laboratories by @bugnbox
